Bruno is an 8 month old bundle of energy, he is energy on steroids, he is good with other dogs, cats and children, likes to play fetch, sleeps in the bed and enjoys a slurpy of morning coffee, fencing falling in where he was living so he kept getting out

Rascal is a 9yr male, friendly boy (can be a wee bit nervous of new faces) good with other dogs, good with well trained children, not a clingy or hectically busy boy

Oros is a 4yr male, very loving boy, gives paw for more scritches, he is good with other dogs, better with older children (teenagers) he has growled at younger children when they bugged him. Nevr lived with cats

Parker was adopted from us 5yrs ago, sadly lost both his parents to cancer. Parker is around 7yrs old, still a very busy boy, good with other dogs, bit of a clown, will try to push his way past you if you open the gate. Came with his friend Sheri but we are happy to split them. Can be nervous of new faces, needs a soft gentle home.

Vinnie is a 4-5yr male, found as stray with a leg injury & remained unclaimed. A bit of a handful with the odd accidental headbutt and very selective about the company he keeps, he cannot live with children, cats or other dogs, he's a bit of a loner. Despite the above with adults he's a sweet but boisterous boy.

Jackie is a retired sniffer dog, don't worry, any friends sneaking a zol only need to worry if they have a pangolin hidden in a pocket, she was used to endangered species detection.

Jackie is 9yrs old, she is the most loving girl with people but only really gets on with male dogs her size (and even then only if she decides they are cool!)

Anna is an 18 month very gentle female collie cross, she is a little nervous of strangers at first but spend 5 mins with her and she warms up to quickly and wants to be a lapdog, loves getting loves! She is good with other dogs and cats, think older children better, the small ones are scary. Loves her walks and is good in the car, housetrained, used to sleeping inside.

Pikkewyn is a quieter female around 6yrs old, she was left behind when a tenant moved, had an awful ear infection which is all sorted out now

She seems ok with male dogs her own size, unsure about children or cats

Amber is a 6 month female cross collie (mum is a collie, we spayed her) She is great with children and other dogs, just a typical pup loving life digging holes and eating blankets. She can clear walls, not even tried to climb the fences at kennels so you would need secure fencing

Suki is a happy go lucky, 2½ year old, wild child, medium sized, smooth haired Border Collie. She loves cuddles and hugs almost as much as ball and tuggy toys, She is housebroken, walks well on a lead and knows basic cues such as sit, down and come, she is a busy girl, good with other dogs.

Sally (collie) is around 6yrs and Finn (couch potato Greyhound) is about 5yrs old, bonded pair, great with people, children and some other dogs, they cannot live with cats or small dogs. Sally can open doors and can a bit protective over her food, Finn is just a chilled out boy, he has a mild stenosis of the spine that makes him limp occasionally, is on one gabapentin daily to manage it. Oscar is a 6 month female cross collie (mum is a collie, we spayed her) he is Ambers brother, he is fantastic with children and other dogs, normal pup who will dig and chew for a few more  months, he can clear walls, not tried to climb the fences at kennels so you would need secure fencing

Blackie is a female around 3yrs maybe 4yrs old, give her 2 mins to suss you out and she's a really loving girl, she is good with male dogs her own size, not really a fan of little dogs we've been told. She was fine with teenagers, unknown with small children.

Duggy Dug is a special boy! Needs someone who knows dogs, gets the mad zoomies when you give him a pat and tell him he's a good boy! He is around 10yrs old, can be a bit mouthy and plays hard and loud, growly talks but he is just vocalising having fun. Toby is an 8yr male that arrived quite neglected with a bad case of demodectic mange and a flea bite allergy, he is all healed and looking amazing now, has to be the only dog and doesn't like cats but he loves people and being with them. Robbie was picked up as a stray in Linmeyer, LCARA are pretty sure he was a dump dog, he is about half the size of an average collie, great with people, loves to chase ball, hard to age could be 6, might be 9

He would however prefer to be the only dog in the house

Brassie is around 18 months old, lived her life on a chain so she is REALLY enjoying life at the moment! Loves to chase after balls, she is a very energetic girl, super friendly but quite boisterous, she is good with other dogs, will knock toddlers flying out of sheer enthusiasm!

Moana is just under 3yrs old, good with children but has to be the only dog in the house and she doesn’t like cats, she is a very busy bouncy friendly girl! Can be a bit mouthy. Moana is with us in Centurion contact mwmoz@mweb.co.za for an application form 

Mila is a 5yr ball and water mad female. She was being way too protective over her home and not letting clients out their car, wasn't keen on letting the gardener near mum either and he has had a few nips. She has been nothing but a sweet girl with us, just wants to play ball but it’s something you need to be aware of. Might be that her perceived pressure of being on guard just isn't there in a new environment but we can't tell you if she won't "stand guard" in her new home. Liquorish is a female around 4yrs old, ears like a wild dog as the tips have been cut off. She's a friendly girl, good with other dogs (does have a jealous streak but listens well too). Probably better as the only female, good with children, will chase cats

Boss (left) & Dolphine (right) A very bonded Mother & Son pair, Boss is around 18 months, Dolphine around 5yrs, she only has one eye but it doesn't bother her. They love their walks & Boss will leap into cars. Both are well mannered, sit for treats & are good with smaller dogs. Cruiser is a really sweet natured 8 or 9yr male, never lived with small children, has lived with cats in the past and chickens, he's good with other female dogs too, learning to walk on leash, been a farm dog and hes great in the car, not keen on storms but fine if he's inside

Max is another one that needs a few weeks with us, he is also slowly coming out his shell, he was happy to take treats but no touchy 2 weeks ago, he is in with a kennel buddy now & is a different boy. He has become quite affectionate & comes to you for loves but he needs a quieter home where people will be willing to take it slowly with him. Yoda is a BCX who knows what, the sweetest boy, well socialised, just 9 months old, needs his confidence building up but he's a darling boy. Good with other dogs

Jasper is a friendly male around 5 maybe 6yrs old, his owner passed away and after his companion also died Jasper was lonely, he is good with other dogs, just not on leash. Loves to play ball, will chase chickens and geese

Shadow is a 10yr female, has been shaved (hates being groomed, needs to be muzzled) She is looking for a retirement home, lived with children and small dogs, no cats. Happy just to tootle round the garden, bit sensitive about having her butt messed with but she loves treats and being stroked, not keen on thunder but doesn't freak out

Not sure the world is ready for Ferocious Frikkie aka Frikkie Frikkadel aka Frikkie Wickie Woo... So! Lets test the waters and see

Frikkie is a 3yr male, cannot live with cats, cannot live with children. He is good with other dogs but he is a herder and a lot of other dogs don't like that. We can guarantee you the first, second maybe even the third or fourth time you meet him he will snarl and bark at you, Frikkie likes the people he knows and knows the people he likes. Once he has decided actually, you are pretty cool to have around you will get the biggest smiles from him. It takes him a several visits to warm up to you, don't even try to stroke him if he doesn't know you, he LOVES scratches, especially butt scratches, he hates being patted. independent streak, not really fussed if you shower him with love or not

I'm convinced he is a supremely intelligent boy, he 100% has a sense of humour, for newbies that don't know him his party trick is to run at you then jump, you stand there frozen as he flies past your waist and you can see him laughing going "ha ha, psyche!"

Oreo is a 3yr female, she needs someone dog wise, friendly loving girl once she trusts you, will do anything for a treat but she can be a little nervy of sudden movements, she is good with other male dogs after an intro (she is scared of other dogs)
